feat!: rename the crates to auth-rs and secrets-rs - #8

Crate names are the repository name with -rs, and no longer carry the unified- prefix, which belongs to products. The folders follow (crates/auth-rs, crates/secrets-rs). Nothing else changes. BREAKING CHANGE: a service depends on auth-rs and secrets-rs instead of unified-auth and unified-secrets, and imports auth_rs:: and secrets_rs::.
